Any help someone could provide would be greatly appreciated as she needs this for start of her school season next week. This is for my daughters MAC air, sorry but I am not familiar with MAC's but I do know Windows. It has been like this for a number of months now and I thought it may have been because her OS is now 4 versions old but as mentioned for some reason it won't download. There is approximately 16GB of free disc space. It comes up with the https:secure web site address as opposed to when I just type in the URL e.g. If I type in specific web URL's in the address line they don't work but if I was to type it in Google Chrome and then click on the link it works. Safari doesn't work (can't connect to the server) but Google Chrome works. It tries and gets to 24.5mb of 1.5gb and just sits there. I am currently running OS X El Capitan version 10.11.3 but for some reason it won't let me upgrade to version 10.11.6. Its the same for any video content such as Netflix. Download entire Playlists: Downloading a single video is not a tedious task but downloading an entire playlist one by one will probably take more energy, time, patience, and effort. Youtube but when I click on the play button it just doesn't do anything. Click the Download button beneath the video you want to download. May sure that you're signed in, too, and have your Premium account active. I can get to and load the source of the video e.g. Open the YouTube website in Chrome and find the video that you want to download for offline viewing. I have a Mac Air about 4 years old and I haven't been able to play any video streaming for some time.
